Shipping Information
Orders ship from Texas Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays excluded. During holiday periods, shipping times often extend. Delivery time frames are estimates and not guarantees. Confirm shipping addresses before placing your order. Enter complete and accurate details. If the address is commercial, include the company name. UPS may refuse delivery or apply extra charges without a company name. Businesses operating from a residence do not qualify as commercial addresses. TGB Supply is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged packages caused by carrier services such as UPS or USPS.
Damaged Packaged
For added coverage, we offer Package Protection at the end of the shop and during checkout. Package Protection covers eligible lost or damaged shipments according to the protection terms. Adding this option is the customer’s responsibility. Orders without Package Protection are not eligible for carrier damage or loss claims through TGB Supply.
